We would like to address a series of negative reviews posted on 26th, 27th, and 28th August, all from the same individual. While we welcome constructive feedback, these repeated and increasingly personal comments appear to be driven by factors beyond the scope of the original service provided and driven by rejection of a male member of staff towards to the customer. We take all complaints seriously and have previously resolved the matter in question, with confirmation that the issue had been addressed. We have also requested updated meter readings to confirm this, but these have not been provided.
