Good drawings and superfast, AK design was really helpful and showed he had a lot of knowledge even said if changes would be needed he would assist with them for free.

Ahm Kalam - Great guy to deal with, very knowledgable, extremely helpful and efficient in getting the application approved by the local council, he listened to what I wanted and supplied the service as I wanted it at a sensible price. The survey was carried out exactly when agreed and the results accepted by the local planning Dept. He designed and provided my plans quickly and put my mind at ease with issues that I thought may have been of concern. Would definitely recommend Ahm Kalam to anyone that requires plans and council application approval.
