    Internal wall removal
    Tony and Barry have been absolutely fantastic, after a negative experience with a previous builder they have restored my faith in tradesmen! Nothing was too much effort for them and even when there were slight problems nothing was too much for them. They were punctual, reliable and answers any questions I had immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and would definitely recommend them!

    Replace floorboards and skirting

    Great job. Great set of guys, very professional and friendly. Work completed to a very high standard. They went above and beyond the scope of works. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

    Drainage for Victorian Property
    Tony and his team were very friendly and professional. Tony provided us with some helpful advice to fix a problem with our drainage and completed the work quickly to a high standard. I would definitely hire Northeast Building Services again.

    Shed base 5m x 4m approx & fencing

    Outside drain / gutter issues
    Tony came round at extremely short notice yesterday to fix our drain in the pouring rain. He was fantastic and fixed the problem quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks! Fiona

    Garden upgrade
    Work now completed. We are extremely happy with the work carried out in our garden. All workmen involved were all very polite and kept us informed in all stages of the work. We would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    Foundations and drainage work

    Tony and his team provided an excellent service when they carried out the work at our property. They arrived punctually each day, no matter what the weather.....the quality and speed of their work was very high and they completed it all with a great attitude, making sure that they tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony and the boys to anyone and will be using them again in the future whenever needed
