After being let down by another plasterer I needed somebody to come in and get me out of trouble. I needed several artex ceilings and a hallway plastering over as the project was falling behind. I shortlisted Adam after seeing pictures of his work and now I know I made the right choice. He came and quoted, the same day, on a SUNDAY. What I liked right from the start was Adam's attention to detail. He asked all the right questions, even about all the little bits I’d forgotten about. He wrote everything down and then gave a clear breakdown of his competitive quote. As I was in a BIG rush, he said that he could do one ceiling the next day. He turned up as promised the next day on time and got right to it. I even got a call a few hours before to make sure that I was going to be about. Usually it’s the other way around! He took care, was polite and was tidier then most tradesmen. When he' finished he let me know potential time slots for the rest of the work and got me booked in. Again, he called before he arrived to ensure everything went smoothly. He turned up, completed the job, and even gave advice on other bits that I had going on throughout the project which helped massively. Adam clearly values his time, quality of work, and customers. I’ll be using him again for the second half of this project. Thanks Adam.
