Adrian has been an absolute pleasure to have working in our home.
He has just finished what started as a problematic job, not due to anything he did. On his first day he spotted our roof was leaking, which led to us having to delay whilst we replaced the flat roof section and had the ceiling replastered. Without his help we may not have spotted this or had the issue sorted prior to the decorating starting, which would have increased costs in the longer term.
When Adrian was able to return he did a high quality and professional job for us. He was courteous, gave us ongoing updates and was communicative and clear throughout. He even took the initiative to help us with some external masonry work which we knew needed looking at, as well as taking on additional work for the quoted work e.g. prepping woodwork installed by other workmen and working around recently laid carpets, to attain the high standard of finish both he and we desired.
We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend him. He is well worth the money and a nice bloke to boot. Thanks Adrian!
