Hi. I agreed a price for him to install 2 double radiators in my recently completed extension. He installed them very well and I was extremely pleased with the price and work. I was very happy with the installation, although when he was drilling through the wall, he pulled a chunk of plaster off the wall which had to be re plastered - not sure if that was meant to happen as the plaster was 3-4 days old. However he ended up damaging walls in my upstairs landing as he climbed into my loft using my ladder which wasn't designed for that purpose; fell down and scoured a wall which had just been plastered and painted. He agreed to give me a £100 off my bill, which was very kind of him. However I've since found out that the true cost of repair to the damage was £250 - which left me out of pocket, and then found a skirting board board came off during installation but wasn't told about it - it was propped up. Would I ask him to do work again, yes as he is a lovely guy, but I think the damage to the walls left a sour taste in my mouth.
