Knowledgeable, friendly and prompt!

Ahmet is hard-working and goes the extra-mile to try and solve a problem, even if it demands skills outside his area of specialty, going beyond where others give up.

Excellent service, prompt and reasonably priced

clean and tidy. fixed the leak, kept to price.

Professional work , competitive price, highly recommended.

Ahmet was quick to come to the house, identified the problem, advised on which part to purchase and the place then fitted it. Overall experience was great although one point I would recommend is that before going to a job he should disclose any initial quote/call out charges so that customers are aware. Other than he notified of the part cost and how much it would be to fit it. It was a pleasant experience dealing with him.

Although not at the site, I was told Ahmet was very communicative, ensured he tested everything thoroughly and was very professional. Although he did not manage to resolve the issue - the appliance is actually faulty! - he made me aware of exactly what the issue was and what to do next. There are other things that need to be dealt with in the house and I will, in due course, be calling him back as I believe he merits praise for his professionalism and honesty.

Ahmet was the only respondant out of about a dozen members contacted and was able to come and complete the job within a couple of days and did a good job with the only downside being that a couple of joints had weeping leaks and by the time these were noticed and contacted him, he was off that day for holiday for 2 weeks and was unable to return and rectify the work.

Very professional trader;when he promise is coming is coming. Will recommended to everyone who needs.

Came the same day and sorted the problem - brilliant
