Andy and his team are excellent. From the minute we got in touch with Andy it was great communication and customer service, something we haven't experienced to this level when dealing with other tradesmen (we are renovating a full house). Andy spent 2 hours doing a walk round to gather info on all our requirements and to give a full detailed breakdown of cost. The quote was very reasonable and within budget. It wasn't the cheapest of all our quotes but we wanted to pay that little bit extra to get that level of service. And we made the right decision. The team of electricians came on time and on my schedule. They left the house in a tidy condition (even though it's a building site). They were very helpful, friendly and polite. John in particular was excellent. Very thorough and made sure he fully understood exactly what we wanted. He was very patient with me (as I'm quite a particular customer!). They finished the job on time and even came back to finish some bits for us. No fault at all. I would thoroughly recommend these guys to all family and friendly. I'd also use them for future work.

Andy provided a detailed quote and honest approach to the house re-wire. Complicated by the age of our house and that we would be living in it during the work. The specification detail was discussed during several phone calls and as we were sourcing the light switches and some light fittings - Andy helped to ensure & verify our selections - very patient approach. The team carrying out the work varied between 2 & 4 men over the 5 day job. They worked hard & considerately and competed the job 100% to our satisfaction. They had to be careful around some period features and they did well. We have no hesitation in reccomending AGW, Andy and his team to others for all kinds of electrical work.

Highly recommended - Electrical safety check and full house rewire. Andy gave an honest review of the options available to us with no pressure on any of the solutions. We decided to go for the full rewire excluding the newer extension which tested out OK. The team were brilliant, very courteous, very hard working and always tidied up as they progressed. We cleared as much of the house as possible as this is a very major task, everything was completed to a high standard and in just 3 days. The team worked long hours to get this completed and kept the disruption to a minimal level. It was a godsend that the team got the work done so quickly as we can now redecorate and get back to normal knowing the electrics are all safe. Great job, great team and very reasonable price. A very happy customer.

We were extremely impressed with Andy and the team he sent. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. The job was excellent and what's more they started and finished on the days they said they would which was brilliant. We have nothing but good to say about this company we would definitely recommend them.

Very impressed with the team that came to do the re-wire. It was no lie when Andy said they were specialists in this area!
