This was a nasty job - putting new insulation in the loft my flat which is at the top of a converted chapel built in 1779. It was a large area and the job was completed cleanly and efficiently and with good humour. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy

Andy did an excellent job undertaking four small jobs, for us. He repaired our leaking gutter which a local builder had twice failed to fix and had stated a much larger job was needed to fix the problem. Andy easily fixed the problem, along with replacing the lead flashing on the top of our bow window, small bit of repointing on a roof tile and removing a rather large old satellite dish bracket from the side of the house. Six months on everything is fine and we would not hesitate to engage Andy again

Very happy with the work carried out by Andy. He's prices beat all the other quotes i received by a lot! Easy to communicate with and the job was done on the day he said it would be. Would happily recommend.

Andrew was hired to do a gutter clearance and moss removal from a roof in a two bedroom rental property. We had a range of quotes and Andrew's was towards the sensible end. What's more, he publishes his prices on his MyBuilder page. Contrast this to some people who seem to want to fleece you for as much as they think they can get away with, with some quotes being so expensive, I would have expected a team from NASA to turn up for the job. Andrew was easy to deal with and required a low amount of comms to complete the job, which is just what I was after. Judging by the before and after pictures, there was more work than expected and the job was completed to a good standard. Would definitely use again!

Andy was brilliant from the word go. He kept us informed from me asking him to come over to give a quote to completing the job. He is so polite and respectful. Did a lovely job along with his brother, Ben and when they had finished, explained in detail what they had done and everything was left clean and tidy. A pair of reliable, grand lads that I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend or use again. I have every confidence in them. Thanks so much. A job very well done.
