Would happily recommend Stanley and his team. He accomodated all my requests and tailored the job to suit my budget, completing all work to a satisfactory standard and for a fair price.
With a rotten set of fascias and soffits, and a resultant leaky gutter, we arranged for essentially a full roof line replacement, working with wood for the replacement fascias and soffits - the latter being a request that several other companies didn't want to entertain. The result was tidy and in keeping with the look of the house. The wood was flat, plained lumber with none of the decorative extras such as chamfered edges or mitred joints of the original but it still looks better (in my opinion) than the plastic alternative. The ridge tiles were all repointed and the end few tiles reseated too, making for a fresh, secure and watertight roof.
After the work was complete, the site was tidied to a satisfactory level and Stanley was happy to slightly reduce the final bill due to a decorative item in the garden getting broken during the work.
