Alfie and his colleague turned up when they said they would, performed a thorough evaluation of the problem (they got the ladder out and had a proper look at the issue), made a clear diagnosis of what needed to be done and sent a quote which was perfectly reasonable. He then did the job as promised and on time and threw in some extra repairs as a goodwill gesture. They were both polite and easy to deal with throughout. I thoroughly recommend this company.
