Service my boiler
Arranged a date and time for the service but no one turned up. No communication.
Answer from tradesperson:
Firstly I cant apologize enough about missing your appointment today, I had a family emergency and got side tracked and totaly forgot to contact you, I'm only human. My apologies once again, If you had contacted me when I missed your appointment I would have given you a 25% discount on your service for the inconvenience caused.
