I appreciate your feedback carol. But may i just point out that the legnths i went to. First of all you said you had 2 lots of different decorators in which u moaned about and therefore used my services. I felt sorry for you and done my upmost to help you. First off all you said it hadnt been smoked in and so i quoted accordingly as i didnt want to make it cost more than needed even though i thought it had been smoked in. This then set us back as i had to go get stain block paint and repaint the front room several times. I also gave you £150 of paint to save you money. Your attitude throughout us being there was awful and i could see why your previous decorators had been rude to you. I am professional and held my tounge. You moaned about the paint looking different soon as we had painted it and was still wet making me repaint over it again and again causing more issues. I came back and snagged the bits you wasnt happy with. You are a customer that will never be satisfied. Went to many lengths to make you happy yet you have still given neatral which i believe is extremely unfair. I tried to keep costs low for you after your previous issues and i ended up losing money due to you misinforming me about the smoke stains and still i came back again to snag like i said i would. All i can say is avoid working for you at all cost. Not worth the hassle. Im proud of my work and as can be seen never had any complaints before. 3 decorators not happy with you by your own words says it all
