Ben and his team have done an excellent in job in our new bathroom. Good price. The job ran over due to unforseen issues but they worked through and got it done.

Ben was very good with my mum. He listened to what she wanted and offered good sound advice on what he could do. She is over the moon with her bathroom and would not hesitate recommending Ben . I would also like to thank Ben as he put my mum at ease and let her know what was happening and when. All in all a cracking job done with a very satisfied and happy customer. Thanks Rob

Ben was a polite and friendly gentleman,he came and measured my bathroom enclosure and told me how much it would be and I agreed for him to fit and he came and fitted the shower enclosure on the day we had agreed on with one of his colleague and they did the job to perfection and they where very friendly and polite guys.if I need anything else doing in my bedroom I know who to call ,I am 100% happy thank you Ben .

Ben did a great job there were a couple of hidden problems but he went above and beyond in sorting them out! I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism when giving the quote. He was the only person that said that if he didn't get the job, to please make sure the plumber fits what he had recommended as this is what my parent had needed for access issues. We would highly recommend ACS property and would use them again when needed.

On the whole a positive feedback. Ben did not have the best of surfaces to start with and found other problems along the way, left by the previous owner, which he managed to rectify and generally keeping within the budget we had.

Ben and his team have done a lovely job on my bathroom, I couldnt be happier....Even though he had a few challenges due to my house being awkward as we put it he kept calm and carried on, the end result is fab and I love it, we already have other jobs in the pipe line for him.

Ben and Nick arrived on time, very polite and friendly, did a great job with my kitchen tiling, which wasn't an easy job. Would recommend them.

Can't fault Ben at all. Came to see us the day I contacted him and agreed a date to do the work a couple of weeks later. Turned up on time both days he was with us, did a great job and stuck to the agreed price even when a couple of unforseen issues came up that took a bit of time to sort. Found him very personable, diligent, tidy and trustworthy - would be more than happy to recommend to friends and family. Already building a list of jobs for him to come and sort for us early next year....
