    Attention needed on some damp in bay window
    From quoting to doing the work was only one week. Arrived on time agreed, carried out work required to quoted price. Left house clean and tidy and took away all waste. Scott and Steve are both friendly and kept me up to date on progress throughout. Great service, thank you.

    Diagnose cause of damp and quote on remedy

    Arrived when he said, did what he said they would do, charged what he said they'd charge. Done done to satisfactory standard, cleaned up after. Would recommend for similar work.

    Mould in kitchen
    I emailed some photos of the mould problem in the kitchen and the brickwork outside which I thought may be letting in penetrating damp. Steven diagnosed it was just a condensation problem and the brick work was ok. No work was undertaken by Steve, but I'm leaving positive feedback for his honesty for not quoting for work that wasn't necessary. Thanks

    Yes I heard about the crossed words exchanged between yourself and the guy I use to drill the vent holes. I appreciate you had waited in for him and apologise that he arrived later than anticipated but unfortunately you chose not to accept his apology which left things a little awkward. However we’re pleased you were happy with the actual job and the damp is now sorted.
