Initially i thought good communication and did a great job. However when it rained, it was coming through and down the front of the brickwork. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, despite providing a 20 year guarantee he has been rude and dismissive and lied. He won't come to check it. Another plumber has advised it is because he has forced the fascia in above the alarm box which has created a gap. Trading Standards have confirmed he is liable and responsible but he won't attempt to resolve. Please THINK TWICE!Answer from tradesperson:

Ashley is a lovely guy. Very approachable and friendly. The guttering on my new build property was in a state due to these cowboy builders that (built) my house. Ash sorted the guttering out in no time and was very efficient and experienced. I'd definitely recommend him.
