Able Girl Plumbing arrived at the time we discussed and provided prompt and helpful advice and diagnosis. My partner was in the flat on her own at the time and she felt very comfortable with the service provided, and appreciated the clear and helpful discussion about the issues she had with both Joanna and Simon. The damp diagnosed ended up being an insurance job. Although our insurance provided plumber had indicated the bath needed removed, Able Girl Plumbing went out of their way to provide a cheaper and less intrusive solution for the problem, and had ensured that this job was a priority for them. Should we have similar issues we would not hesitate to contact Able Girl Plumbing again.

Although this was quite a small job, I was very impressed with the prompt, efficient and friendly service. Joanna came to give a quote the day I called and the job was completed within 2 days, even though it wasn't quite as straightforward as expected. I would definitely use her services again.

They were really quick at getting back to us, they were able to come the next day and attended exactly when they said they would. They gave us plenty of information throughout the process so we knew what was happening. They had the new inlet valve with them, so were able to do the job there and then. They took less than 2 hours, were polite and couteous throughout and have done a really good job on the cistern, it's much more efficient than it was before it broke.
