Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Arrived when she said she would (called on mobile to advise she was on her way). Traced and fixed the fault. No problems since. Telephone number is now in my diary as I would be happy to use again if I needed a plumber.

Just what I was looking for - very competent tradesperson, extremely professional with excellent customer care. Response was prompt - even made a pre-arranged phone call on a Sunday when I missed the first call. Arrived promptly, quickly appraised jobs, agreed a reasonable price and work was all completed in one visit. All very tidy, talked me through what was happening and exhibited worn parts to be replaced. Very happy - Joanna was a pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommended.
