Very happy with Andrew, he had to come several times to finish the task, something unexpected and it was at no extra costs. Highly recommended.

Very prompt attending to the basement damp proof job and job finished to a good standard. Very honest man with pricing the job and had to reduced the cost of repair from the initial quotation he gave me. First time of experiencing a professional with such integrity and honesty. Andrew is also very tidy not leaving any mess around the house unlike some nonchalant professionals who will attend to work and leave you with tonnes of mess in your house to clear after. Excellent overall experience and I reserve no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for peace of mind and perfect job execution without headaches.

Andrew quoted the job on a Tuesday at a very reasonable price. Arrived 10mins early on the Friday and completed the job in full. As a remote landlord, it was a breeze to get the job done, the tenants were very happy :) He sent me pictures to update me and kept the mess to a minimum. Will defo use again.
