It was waste of money hiring this person, He did not do what he had quoted, in his quote he supposed to water tightness test but he lied and never performed a water test. I was away from property so could only rely on his words! LAter on my tenant informed me he did not do water tightness test. Roof he repaired leaked next day, and despite him being paid(BACS) straightaway he asked more money to come back and fix his job which he supposed to perform it right in the first instance. I purchased material myself this time and he supposed to apply suitable leak proof tape on the joints. I purchased material myself and shipped it to the house but the way he laid the tapes made them detach easily. I was in the house just yesterday and roof still leaking. Initially it was only from one location but since he tried to repair, now leak spread to other locations. All my money wasted with Ben at ABC Solution. I don't recommend him as I found him not a reliable and responsible trade person!
