William was friendly and professional throughout and clearly is very good at what he does. Our small job became a bigger job as the wall in question was not stable and so required reinforcing at the rear, which he advised on and was able to fix. While the quote for the bigger job was a lot of money, he did fix some additional parts of walls elsewhere in the garden without charging any extra and a good job was done of the wall, so a positive experience overall.
