Good Job !. I has birds entering my chimney they seemed to like it there but i could hear them every morning in my back room. So got the guys in and problem fixed after extensive chimney Pot work . roof was in a bit of a state so extra work other than the chimney pot was needed. But videos were shown to me and extra work was clearly mapped out and it was purely my decision if the work happened or not. 24 Hrs cant hear any birds (so far so good). Work completed within 1 day of posting the job on my builder - Excellent. guys tidied up after the job Excellent. all good would recommend highly. DMc

We had a leak coming down a chimney breast in to a top floor bedroom which we needed dealing with urgently. Terry came to assess and provided a quote quickly and then delivered on the job as requested over the following week or two. The initial job was removal of a chimney stack and tile over, however when they were on the roof they identified plastic sheeting (rather than felt) and batons which were damp and incorrectly fitted. Given damp issues in the house, we were keen to do as much to the roof as possible to help reduce moisture levels. They also repointed a 2nd chimney which had come up on our property survey. As I am not a roofer, I cannot comment on the quality of the work (time will tell - so far, so dry), however I did trust A&B Roofing and feel like they did a good job (enough so that I got them back to rubber roof our bay window and do remedial work on the front top roof / box gutter). Good communication and responsive. A lot of roofing work delivered in quick time (which before Christmas was a lifesaver given the leak into a bedroom). Would recommend.

Had a leek in my bathroom. They came on Thursday, scheduled me for an emergency repair on Saturday. Came on Saturday sent video evidence of the damage, informed me it was worse than thought. Sorted the whole problem out while providing constant video updates. All work carried out to the highest of standards at a reasonable price, all waste was removed and I'm very grateful. Would not hesitate to recommend

Our roof needed replacing so we shortlisted 5 roofers for quotes. Terry from A&B Roofing came round & I was impressed by his vast experience & knowledge, he explained all options, breakdown of costs, gave me his expert advice & spent about 10 minutes proudly showing me on his phone some of the many impressive roof transformations he had undertaken. Same day, Terry sent a very detailed itemised quote by Email. It was honestly a very easy choice to go with A&B Roofing & I contacted Terry and gave him the go ahead. Terry assured us the job would be done "quickly & to a very high standard" & told us we would not pay a penny until the job was finished AND we were completely satisfied! Terry is a very friendly, genuine guy & kept us fully informed at every stage. The job ran like clockwork, literally I got home from work one day & the scaffolding was up, skip arrived and materials. Next day work on the roof began & was completed rapidly by Terry's roofing team, a VERY hardworking & polite bunch of lads. Before we knew it the scaffolding was down, skip got taken as soon as it was filled. Terry amazed us how organised it all was, completely painless. We now have a fantastic new roof that we are absolutely delighted with (including guttering, fascias, soffits and downpipes). A&B Roofing are extremely highly rated on mybuilder with ALL positive reviews, including mine. Terry is 100% trustworthy, professional AND he always puts his clients first, BEST ROOFING COMPANY ON MYBUILDER !!!

Would highly recomend. Came out to price the job quickly, quote came through in less than 24hrs and started job within a couple of days. Work completed quickly and to a high standard especially as some unseen additional work was needed. I would definitely use Daniel and his team again.
