Ashley was honest, approachable and professional from the start. He always turned up on time, told me my options even though he may not have provided all the services I was considering. He and his team completed the job to perfection even though they ran into difficulties which made the work more of a challenge. I particularly appreciated how he took on a few tasks which were not in his remit to help me complete the look on my house. I would definitely recommend him to my neighbours and friends.

Ashley came to quote for job a couple of days after posting. He arrived as planned and assessed the work and provided a couple of options. We agreed a price and scheduled the job. There was a 5 week wait due to volume of work which I took as a good sign. Ashley turned up on allocated day but weather meant he could not start. He came back as arranged two day later and completed most of work in day. He came back following day to tidy up a couple of bits and paint a white wall which had been marked during work. I have left 3 weeks to review and we have had some very heavy rain and everything seems sound. Communications were excellent throughout, the price was fair and adhered to with in fact a slight reduction. The work looks excellent and has proved sound so far. I would certainly use Ashley again and recommend him to anyone who asked. All round a 5 star service.

So far so good just waiting to see how it is tomorrow. After the bad weather.
