I was conscious that it is a busy time to the year for contractors providing such services and my job request (that wouldn’t qualify to be a real emergency per se) was placed in late evening. Still Alex instantaneously responded to it that I truly appreciated. Not only he was transparent in sharing the cost estimates, overall he was professional and flexible in completely the job (of replacing an electric shower in my rental property). It left my tenant with a very positive and satisfying experience. I would certainly use his services again, if and when the need arises.
