First of all, its great when you get a response, a quotation visit, and then the job being done when the tradesperson says it will be. This is the first time I have used My Builder, and Jules Evans, and am very impressed with the overall experience. When Jules came to visit to provide a quotation I explained the issues I had with my summer house, and he provided some good advice/options, and also a caveat about what might be discovered when the job was in progress. He then promptly provided a quote, which I accepted given his experience, his current portfolio of work, and his website feedback. Jules completed the job, provided advice about protection of the repaired areas, and invoiced the same day. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the completed work, which was to a very good finish, and in sympathy with the existing summer house design. I wont hesitate to go back to Jules if I need to use his services in future.

Jules was very professional, getting us an accurate quote beforehand for 5 doors to be skimmed and a door replaced. He was friendly, efficient and extremely tidy with no mess left over at all. He recommended some possible further work we may want doing but there was absolutely no pressure to commit to any of it. We will be in touch again!

We are super delighted with the work that Jules has done for us. Right from the initial contact to completing the job Jules was very professional and the work was outstanding and far exceeded expectations. Jules helped up plan and design what we needed taking into account various tricky walls and spaces. He talked us though budget options and was clearly very knowledgable. When installing the wardrobes Jules was prompt, tidy and meticulous, so the final result was amazing!! There has been so many lovely comments too from friends and we have very quickly booked him in again for more work in the future as his reliability, craftsmanship, pricing, care, detail and skill are second to none! Thanks for a great job!
