This was a really tricky job, involving a ladder at a very tight angle, right next to a rather aggressive holly hedge. Alan was very determined to get the job done, which he did, very bravely in difficult, windy conditions. His fee was very fair, and he was polite and friendly. He arrived when he said he would, and accomplished the task even though it was difficult. Very highly recommended.
