Lucas replied to my ad for help with my central heating really quickly and booked us in for the next day which was much appreciated with the cold weather creeping in. He gave me an estimated 1 hour time slot and not only was he on time, he messaged when he was on the way, really great communication! Being able to pay by credit card really helped take the pressure off when everything seemed to be breaking at the same time this month. My heating is now working perfectly and couldn’t be happier with Lucas. Friendly, punctual and did a great job. I’ll definitely be in touch next year for our conversation to a combi boiler!

Lucas was spot on - polite, turned up when he said he would and completed the job to the standard expected. He went above and beyond by helping answer further questions about my boiler (he came to remove a fireplace) and helped me to reset / increase the pressure. Would definitely recommend / use again.

Excellent service from Lucas, I contacted my builder late Saturday evening, Lucas came out Sunday morning to assess the works, completed the repair today, would have been completed earlier but had to waiting for the parts. Good price, Lucas very clear on costs right from the start, always a concern when a boiler/ shower packs up, as you assume it will cost a fortune! Will definitely use A-Side builders again

Absolutely brilliant service. Although the job couldn't be done at this time as the part that needed replacing was the most expensive and important one that's currently out of my budget. Issue taken up with the manufacturer as the boiler is just out of warranty (2 years) and you'd expect a major part to last longer. Highly recommended and will be used for sure on future jobs!
