Great service and great price

We have just had Lucas fit a new Viessmann boiler fitted today and we couldn’t be happier. They came on time and we’re so polite and very pleasant too. Everything has been left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a boiler engineer.

Can't be more happier about the service received from Lucas, updated me throughout, price was very reasonable and backed up his work with FLIR camera results to confirm the radiators had been fixed -- nice touch!. Very reliable and excellent service. Thank you Lucas.

Lucas was responsive and clearly knew what he was talking about. He was quickly able to troubleshoot and resolve the solution. I would look to work with Lucas again.

Lucas replied straight away. He said he could come between 11.30 and 12.30 and did. We discussed having a new boiler fitted rather than repairing , Our idea as we had the boiler a few years, and he came back and fitted it Saturday morning. We were very pleased, the men came on time, were polite,and tidy. He also told us what was wrong with the old boiler and how much it would be to repair if we wanted.

Lucas came on time as promised and spent lots of time and checked all the way to the loft to figure out the issues with the hot water. He figured out it was the shower cartridges in the wall causing the issue and unfortunately he couldn't fixed it as he was specialised in boilers. As his policy no fix no charge, He didn't charge at all but advised us what to do next and how to explain to the shower specialist about the issues. Hard worker and Great service and highly recommend. Thanks Lucas

Excellent throughout and highly recommended.I had a very prompt response from Luke the same day and although my boiler was beyond repair due to its age Luke and his father fitted me in soon after Xmas to fit a new boiler. Communication was great and I felt in safe hands.They were very efficient and their work is of a high standard.They were polite and took care to protect the carpet and tidy up.I will certainly have my boiler serviced annually by them in the future.
