Even though a pause was needed for his first child to be born Simon kept in touch and updated and completed our cottage roofing’s. It’s a quirky house and he adapted to the setting and work well. Simon and his team fitted and replaced gutter down pipe and the leak we had from our roof/chimney. Leak was an issue as it only happened when the rain and wind blew at a certain angle and speed. So far all looks good and there have been no further issues. We liled that the Simon provided us with a guarentee and that even though the bad weather had set him and his team back 48 hours on a previous job, they managed to catch up and were only a day late but we were kept informed. Price of the repairs was reasonable, main expense was the hiring of scaffolding. We will definately be using Simon again.
