Toby and his team were excellent throughout this job. Toby accepted a rather racy timeline to start this project, which had a hard deadline of late June due to a pending baby arrival...! Overall my plus points are: - Reasonable price for a complicated job. - Excellent craftmanship & build quality. - Good organisation liaising with the Council authorities regarding Building Regs. - Flexible when job expanded in scope (again, reasonable in price on the extras too). - Scheduled work to fit around us - we needed a certain room which was going to be demolished ready to put a Nursery in. It was ready in time! - Finished ahead of schedule. - Clean throughout the job despite taking the roof off my house! Only slight negative is that as Toby is in demand on other jobs (a good sign) so can sometimes be hard to get hold of on the phone, however he usually returned calls pretty quickly when it was urgent. As I said, only a slight negative! Overall, I'd thoroughly recommend Toby and his team to carry out any work. :)

Toby quoted to remove load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room and to install RSJ. I was happy with the price so hired him to do it. He turned up on site as arranged, the job was completed to high standard within agreed time frame and price. The communication was excellent throughout the job. I would recommend to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy building company.

Toby & his hard-working team were able to get the ball rolling on my renovation project, and even managed to start a couple of days early. The price was competitive and, luckily for me, the property is empty so they could ‘just get on with it’. They removed the load bearing kitchen/diner and living room/diner walls and installed a steel and a concrete lintel to the surveyors specification. They also bricked up 3 doorways, knocked down a non-load-bearing wall between the bathroom and toilet, and removed 2x fireplaces. A pleasure to deal with, gave advice on other jobs I’ve got planned, and 3CBuild will be invited back to quote on an extension in a few years time.

Toby arrive on time and gave good advice on the jobs I needed completing. He gave accurate estimates of the time it would take, and costs. All work was done as stated, and to a high standard. I would recommend his service. A stress free encounter!

Toby was friendly in his approach and I felt confident in his solution to our problem. Work was done in the time stated and a couple of extra issues with the property discovered on the way we're rectified with little fuss. Happy with the finished product and would recommend to others as I have done.

Toby had a look, measured up and priced out the job within a couple of days. Quote was competitive, booked for 5 days later, steel was ordered to arrive that day. Toby and a colleague arrived and prepped the work in the morning ready to install the beam that day. They tidied up afterwards and the building control inspector was happy with the beam when he checked on it the next day. No complaints, would hire again.

3C Build completed the new extension and other works to an extremely high standard and we are very pleased with the result. The quote provided was competitive compared to others we received and Toby did a brilliant job in co-ordinating the various specialist tradesman that were needed to complete the job to an extremely tight schedule. 3C Build are an honest, friendly and reliable building company and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Toby, Ben and co did a great job knocking through from our existing kitchen into the workshop on the side of the house and converting this into a liveable space and a seamless extension to the kitchen. We were under quite a lot of time pressure but Toby clearly cared about not only meeting the schedule but doing a good job as well. His attention to detail was spot on and, despite it being quite an unusual space, he quickly got a good understanding of what we were after. It had felt like a bit of a stab in the dark finding a builder quickly for this job but things couldn't have turned out better. Will definitely go to Toby again for any work in the future.

Toby kept me informed throughout and the standard of work was of a high quality.
