Paul was immediately available and did a fantastic job repairing our immnersion heater on our hot water tank. The new immersion heater that Paul replaced was faulty to no faults of Paul's but he came back twice and rplaced it with a new one all additinal work free of charge. Very reliable and have kept his number for us and our tenants in the medway area to use again. Thanks again Paul
