Lee done the job at short notice and completed what was required to a very high standard. Would definitely hire Lee again for any plumbing work.

Excellent job from start to finish

This feedback is following on from a previous review. A bathroom refurb which was quoted 7 days took 5 weeks. The plumber took the wrong measurements for the new vanity unit causing me to have to return the item within the first week, this was replaced within 1 week with one I measured myself! Not 5 weeks as the plumber believes! I do like my choice of tiles, which is contrary to what the plumber believes. I am however unhappy with standard of tiling as at one stage I was told to ‘google what you want and let them know’ because they couldnt fit a chrome tile trim around the window and cut the tiles to fit. The tiler was turning up at 2pm in the afternoon and on one occasions they had to drive around Gower to look for him because he didn’t turn up as he was drunk, and most days he had a hangover. There was a leak on the dining room ceiling, after I pointed this out the plumber he said ‘oh yeah that must be where I spilt the bucket of water’ he said he would pay for a painter, after sending him my bank details and asking for the payment numerous times I still haven’t received this money. They left me a sponge and said clean the tiles yourself. The list is endless. From my previous complaint I received a text message within minutes from the plumber calling me a ‘stupid c..nt’ and ‘you should eat meat as that’s your level’ so beware if you dare give negative feedback. I have complained to my builder.com about his abusive text messages and he has received a formal warning.

Arrived on time and did a really good job re sealing around the bath. I would happily recommend.

Lee was prompt, helpful and extremely clear in all communication. He turned up bang on time with all the right materials and tools, and was incredibly pleasant and personable. He talked through the job in easy to understand terms, and couldn't have been friendlier. The job was completed really quickly, at a competitive price and he dealt with our slightly awkward pipe work like a pro, leaving no mess and a lovely finish. The items he installed work great and he's used high quality materials - we'd recommend Lee and his company to anyone. Make sure to ask about his second life as a musician!

Lee is a lovely person to have around - very friendly, accommodating and hard working. His quotes are reasonable and he always ensures he sources materials at the best possible price. A really genuine guy and an excellent plumber. As a bonus, he's brilliant with our dogs! We've already had him out for two bathrooms and he'll be coming out again to help with other jobs - such as sorting out our central heating and fitting an outside tap. No hesitation at all in recommending him. Thanks Lee :)

Lee did an excellent job, clearly very experienced - just changed a shower but worked very clean and fast. Also very personable - really easy to get along with. We will be using him for further, larger work we have coming up. more than happy to recommend.

Brilliant service. Lee was able to come and fix the problem the same day. Great communication and very friendly. Worked very speedily and cleaned up after himself. Would 100% recommend Lee for any plumbing needs.

Yes he did a wonderful job except he put a corrogated flange out of the toilet and then through the wall where joined up with outside pipe.

Just had our toilet and related pipes/valves fixed and installed by Lee. Exceptional work; very friendly, quick and tidy. Kept me informed along the way about options, costs and timescales. Would highly recommend to anyone. Cheers
