Ollie was professional throughout from when contacted to arrival. Very good communication as he responds fast, reasonable discussions as I described my issue with photos. He then quoted me accordingly, very good rates. He turned up early, got the job done and was open to further feedback. Very impressed by Ollie as getting people to turn up is typically 90% of the battle.

I had two radiators replaced (one was leaking) and a third one fitted in a new location. The job was done in less than a day with no issues at all. Ollie was on time, professional, friendly, and did the work well. I have no complaints at all, and would happily use him again and recommend to others.

Very professional, arrived early, was tidy and charged a fair price to repair our outside tap and a leaking sink.

Ollie came out to us to repair a corroded pipe on our bathroom sink, he gave us a rough price over the phone and stuck to the price even with the visit taking place on a weekend. Ollie came to the rescue after my plumber cancelled last minute which was a challenge as I am on a tight deadline to move into the house before Christmas and needed central heating! I was sent the quote quickly which was really helpful, and Ollie squeezed the job in two days later. One of the best tradies I’ve dealt with - very respectful, polite and I am very happy with the job that’s been done.
