John was a great help, fast and quality service. I would definitely use his services again and couldn't recommend him more.

Had an issue with back door not opening, completely stuck and would not release the multi locks. Raised a job on myBuilder and John dropped me a note and gave me a call, arranged an agreed time to come and have a look, with time and patience John managed to get the door open, reviewed and showed me what the issue was. John provided a guide of cost, placed a temp fix to keep house secure and sourced replacement part, called and agreed cost for repair, returned following day and all is fixed, better than it was before, great communication and very tidy, Thanks for a good job done John.
