He responded promptly, came over to quote as planned and squeezed me in within a few days as I had a deadline. The house including my timber floors were well protected and even though the ceiling had to be totally replaced (messy!) the house was left remarkably clean. He took the time to talk me through the finished job and I am very happy with the end result, so much so that he'll be back to entirely re-render my house. Excellent - and wow! Never before have I come across builders who work so fast!
