He was professional, reliable and clearly takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. What really stood out was that he came back afterwards to check everything thoroughly, making sure there were no leaks and that everything was completed perfectly. When he left the toilet flushed so we were satisfied paid him £165 for a new cistern replacement but days after we had real issues the cistern that was originally fitted behind the wall was not fitted flat meaning we could not put the wall up, wasn’t flushing when family members used it, he came back looked at it didn’t try to fix it but promised to return the following Saturday once he had done research , never turned up never called. Asked for a refund never replied. Brought a new toilet with a cistern had it fitted by an experienced plumber who was at my house for over three hours cost a lot but at last good job done by an experienced plumber. Pictures added show old cistern he removed two pictures of the cistern he fitted at an angle last picture is out new toilet fitted by an experienced plumber. Nice lad but wouldn’t dare let him loose again in my house hate to leave negative reviews but it’s a must 👎
