When Adam was originally commissioned to do a re-sealing job, there was quick communication and the work was done well. When we agreed to do more work a couple of months later, Adam cancelled a few hours before the appointment, didn't offer to reschedule and then ignored my messages. Not the best way to treat repeat customers. 3 stars for reliability.

Contacted Sean and within 24 hours he had visited, assessed my 3 plumbing jobs, provided advice and estimates for solutions. After accepting the very reasonable quotes for the work required, Sean returned after another 24 hours and carried out the work required. This solved all 3 problems much to my satisfaction.
