I asked for my outside tap to be replaced, then felt so sorry for Andy. Everything that could go wrong did... Cracked baseplate, new baseplate broke... But he took it all in his stride and made a lovely job in the end. He stuck to his price and I would has no problem with asking him to quote for jobs in the future.
