Not a positive experience. Took forever to ‘identify’ problem and still expected me to pay FULL labour charge even when it wasn’t stated that he’d be charging for call out or to diagnose the problem. Ensure you’re clear on pricing before engaging him i.e. what he’ll be doing, whether he is charging for call out vs labour and if the problem isn’t identified in the first 5 mins, disengage!

This meant taking out the old sanitary ware and project managing the tiler and electrician as well as doing the plumbing himself. They completed the work on time and within budget.
