Luke worked tirelessly all day. His rates are very reasonable compared to one quote that was extortionately much higher. After removing the old radiator he explained that he was unable to remove the brackets as they had put them behind the tile then grouted it in so gave a suggestion as to what I could do to remove them. We had no hot water the next day and Luke talked me through what to do to try and find out why but then came out later that day and resolved the issue within minutes when I couldn't. He explained how to reset the voile and also what the problem was.He was exceptionally tidy and we have already discussed another job that he wasn't able to do that day but he explained the process of what he would need to do as it wasn't going to be as straightforward I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luke to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future.

I was looking to install water and waste pipework into a utility room to facilitate the move of a washing machine into the room, plus some pipework changes to my kitchen tap. Leak detected and dealt with over the course of 3 days. Jordan seems quite a dedicated and helpful individual.came on Sunday to diagnose the problem, then Monday with a part however found that the part needed was different, came again on Tuesday with the right part and spent quite some time to ensure everything was in order.

I had a leak in my bathroom. The hot water pipe which is quite outdated was leaking at the connection point to the tap. James respond immediately talked me through what to do to shut the supply off and turned up the following day to fixed the leak. He followed up twice to make sure there's no more leaks after completing the job. A great professional friendly and efficient. Highly recommended even in emergency and fees are very reasonable.

Shower mixer was leaking and I bought a new one. Samuel recommended replacing the washer ring rather than the mixer. We went ahead with replacing the washer, Job was a bit tricky behind a wall but he changed it.. The leaking started again after a few hours. I then had to get another plumber to change the whole mixer as Samuel was not available for the couple of days.
