Jay helped us out of a tight spot rectifying our bathroom floor and wall tiles fitted by another builder. He knew what to do and spotted and addressed short cuts the previous tradesman had made. Jay is polite and flexible and he stayed late plus worked weekends. Happy to use Jay again when he is less busy.

Disappointing experience with Craig - he asked for £140 initially to unblock/investigate the drains. After 30mins visiting our property, no drains were unblocked, and the main manhole in the basement was not opened to assess any issues within. His follow-on quote for works were above £1k which seemed unreasonable. When i tried to explain that £140 seemed unreasonable for time spent without unblocking anything, he threatened an admin fee and daily interest if i didn't pay. Obviously not worth that hassle so i paid in full, but very disappointing that tradesmen continue to get away with this behaviour.

Bashir did make a difference to us. We had an urgent leaking problem with the boilers condensed pipe. He picked up the job really quickly and came in on the day. He is reliable man who took his word and came back to my flat to make sure the leaking was properly fixed by replacing the old ones. I WILL NEVER HIRE A PERSON LIKE THIS AGAIN. He was quick to respond and went to the property and did the job. we got late to make the payment (less than 24hours) and this person threatened to cut off the gas and water for my tenants. he used the F word several time. below is a message sent by him to me. He also uses a different number other than the one you see on MyBuilder. His invoice has a different company name than his bank account name. His business isnt registered anywhere. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM !!!

it was an outdoor job in the garden and raining and after quoting a reasonable price Cooya came, Price was very good and without caring or grumbling about the rain, he stayed all day and completed the job very professionally. i would not hesitate to ask him again if i need to.
