Excellent service by a friendly, professional and helpful person. Pete did a boiler service and gas safety inspection for me, but also check all the radiators and taps at the property without being asked. He also took time to explain to the tenant the most best way to set the temperature using the boiler and room thermometer and checked the tenant had no other issues. Pete has since done a second job for me. I could not be there but the tenants are very happy with the work he did - annoyed tenants were turned into very happy tenants quickly, which make the landlord very happy. His number is definately saved for future use!
