Agreed that he would come round Tuesday, but got a message saying something had come up, 10 minutes after asking if I'd be home. Could he come Wednesday instead at 6pm. Yes, no problem. It is now 730pm and a no show, with no text....nothing.

Nice guys but silly expensive. Cost me £320 for an hour. The bill was racked up by the cost of using their camera. This is a standard tool they have on their van. You wouldn't expect to pay an electrician extra for using his tools or a mechanic extra for getting his spanners out.

Punctual - absolutely . Great communication - yes . Knowledgeable - impressively so . Very fairly priced - a competent and well qualified person . Respectful of distancing and wore mask . Job not straightforward , but Jeremy's skill and experience had it sorted . Work completed , and we now have a new dishwasher installed and working beautifully . All rubbish cleared away . Added to all this we found Jeremy so friendly and pleasant - would recommend him highly and without reservation . Thanks Jeremy - we can finally put away the Fairy liquid !
