Let me start by saying Im not a person who would give praise lightly so believe me when I say this company has been amazing from start to finish. Starting with a full design plan based on our specific needs. They worked in a very clean and curtious manor throughout. The workmen where very polite and a joy to be around. The head electrician Craig made the whole process run like clockwork. I highly recommend this company. Well worth every penny.

The plumber, Phil Davies from Select Heating Solutions, has not completed the agreed work, despite having received full payment. The agreed contract involved relocating the boiler from one room to the kitchen, connecting all radiators, and providing a gas safety certificate. While he has completed approximately 70% of the job, there is still work outstanding, including fixing one radiator on the wall and connecting the boiler and controller. For the past four weeks, I have repeatedly asked him to return and finish the job, especially as I must move house and have a newborn baby at home. Each time, he promises to come the following week but fails to show up. In our most recent conversation, he stated that he is too busy and cannot confirm when he will be able to complete the work. I have attached screenshots of our text messages and proof of payment via bank transfer for reference. Do not hire The plumber.
