Took money and run for the hills. I hired Andrew to do a simple install which consisted of connecting a hot and cold feed off existing pipe work. When drilling into the wall caused damage that remains unrepaired. Then confessed to not having the basic correct tools for the job (stopcock key). The outside tap he disconnected he left unsecured. Andrew was also happy to take materials I had paid for. Promised to return to finish the job. Despite numerous attempts to contact Andrew he has not returned my calls. Lesson learnt to not pay invoices promptly until work is complete.

An excellent job well done. Tom was able to do the job within a week of providing the quote. On the day everything went smoothly, one or two issues with the radiator plumbing were dealt with without fuss, and Tom worked into the early evening to ensure the job was finished in one day. I was very happy and would recommend without hesitation.
