I recently had Manners Maintenance out to fix a leaking pipe and sort a roof that had been causing problems for a good while. Really happy with how it all went. Communication was great throughout — they kept me in the loop and turned up exactly when they said they would. The work was done to a high standard, they tidied up after themselves, and the team were friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. Good tradespeople are hard to come by, so I'll definitely be using them again and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Well, I hired him first! Frank was bang on time when he came to quote and was extremely personable, professional & fuss free. Once the quote had been accepted, I ordered the new bath tub. It was delivered and left by the side passage. When I arrived on the day of the job, he had already unpacked the tub and started putting it together. He worked straight through until the job was finished and even added pressure to the boiler, which the CP!2 engineer who came 2 days before did not bother to do. A pleasure to work with. Would defintely use again and would recommend. Thank you.

Stefan was friendly and helpful. He popped round to estimate the job and recommended a replacement tap I was able to buy from Screwfix and he then fitted. He turned up when he said he would and completed the job quickly. I would certainly recommend Stefan and use him again in the future.

Clifford came to quote for the job the same day as we shortlisted him, gave us a really good quote. Even drove to Birmingham to collect the parts we needed as there were none in stock in our area and did this without asking for more money. He was punctual, arrived when he said he would, very polite and professional. Did the job to a high standard, and cleaned up after himself. We are that impressed with his work we are getting him back to quote us for more work on the house, including our extension and composite decking. Made the experience of having a builder in really pleasant.
