We didn't go ahead with the stud wall but had 5 interior doors and a cupboard door fitted. Did a good job although took a lot longer than expected. The biggest negative was that the price asked for on completion was £275 (around 27%) more than the quote given by text before commencement of the job. After some discussion I paid £164 more as a "goodwill gesture" to end the matter! UPDATE: I really don't think personal attacks are necessary. However, yes, Wayne took things that I was going to dispose of, but only because he asked if he could have them.....so we both benefitted. The price increase mentioned was based on the higher price and not the cheaper one, and I certainly appreciated you drilling the 2 holes in the lintel for me. Like I said, the work done was done to a good standard.

I also do fencing and decking and some landscaping mainly only base preparation for the garden structure whether it’s timber frame, concrete or even the newer screw pile foundation.
