Ryan was professional and friendly from the first phone call to shaking hands at the end of the job. We couldn't be more pleased with the work he did for us (move boiler and radiator). Prompt, tidy, hard working, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Great price too. I don't think he uses my builder much, but we would definitely recommend him for plumbing and heating jobs. If nothing else worth getting a quote and seeing all of the above for yourself.
