Matt identified the leak in our toilet quickly and replaced the pipe which was broken, all for a good and speedy service. He completed the work the same day we first spoke which was great. Would definitely recommend him and use him again! Update: unfortunately after Matt left we realised he had changed the flush on our toilet which didn’t need changing, and replaced it with a lower quality version. I contacted him many times and so did my family, we booked in a date for early January but then he just stopped responding. He then replied a month later saying he could replace the flush but he then stopped replying again and we haven’t heard from him since. This was frustrating to say the least.
