The jobs were: 1. Resolution of ongoing leak from bathroom to dining room ceiling, 2. Resolution of issue preventing cold water tap in bath working; and 3. Repair of ceiling in dining room- half of which had been removed due to the leak from the bathroom. Jason was very professional- turning up at the agreed time, giving a view on the options for repair and their associated cost. All the work was completed well within timescales and cost. I was impressed by the finish with the repair to the ceiling, and Jason identified the root cause of the bathroom leak and resolved this promptly. I feel very confident with the quality of workmanship; he is very approachable and takes an intelligent, sensible approach to providing suitable solutions within budget. Would not recommend. Grouping poor & cracking, tiles not flush causing build up of grime. Cases not fixed properly. Chipped window sill. Flooring starting to move. Didn't want to leave feedback but 2 years on and we are having to have things replaced. Don't want to ask them back as getting them to replace our bath they broke was drama enough. A lot of money spent on this project we'd of never expected to have to touch it for years. Very disappointing
